Exchange Policy
Customer cannot return the product once delivered. Please ensure you select the correct product before placing your order, as we do not accept returns at this time. If you need assistance feel free to reach out at vaishnavibezawada@gmail.com

Refunds  

Note: Refunds are only issued for damaged products received. If you receive a damaged product, we apologize and are here to help. Please take photos and a video of the product and email them to vaishnavibezawada@gmail.com We will deliver a new product based on your preference.

Empty Parcel Received  

All orders are weighed before dispatch, making it virtually impossible to receive an empty parcel. Any claims of an empty package will be investigated, and false claims will be rejected.

Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at vaishnavibezawada@gmail.com
